Service Provider Guidelines

Do you regularly host events, or offer training / workshops / funding? We welcome posts that could be of interest and provide value to Coffee + Creative members.

If it is your first time posting, please read through the guidelines below and reach out to the group admins (About Us) to introduce yourself.

  1. POSTING FUNDING / JOBS / OPPORTUNITIES / EVENTS: Coffee + Creatives is designed to connect connect creative people to resources, feedback, and funding and business or creative practice opportunities.

Based on feedback from the group we’ve devised some guidelines / templates (see below) which will help get your events / opportunities / jobs to as many people as possible. If you follow ‘em, we promise to help guide people directly to the opportunities.

  1. MULTIPLE EVENTS/OPPORTUNITIES EACH MONTH: If you host more than one event / opportunity each month, we ask that you only post once with everything (can edit post with addt’l info or links later) that you are hosting. If it is a high-value workshop, funding opportunity, etc. you can also post the week that it is happening or applications are due (this is at the discretion of the group admins).
  2. LABELING: We also ask that you clearly label what you’re posting and explain in direct terms explain how it might be valuable to our audience.

Some good starting questions to help guide you are: How does this event/workshop/service benefit creatives? Would the Coffee + Creatives audience attend? Pay to attend?
